DANSPED & The Carpool to Oblivion is the ironically named solo project of long-time Jersey Shore music scene songwriter Dansped.

“I am looking to create something that is tragically comic and hauntingly beautiful in Carpool," says Dansped.

He has shared the stage with great artists like TM Stevens (James Brown, Steve Vai, Tina Turner), Black Beetle (Joan Wasser and Jeff Buckley guitarist Michael Tighe), and Jon Caspi & The First Gun Ft. Dez Cadena (Black Flag). Dansped has written for and performed with The Cosmic Kiwis, Rebel Pawn, and No Venom Radio.

When not writing, recording, and self-producing music, Dansped enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter while inviting rescue animals to live at his vegan home.
